We recently developed and launched NaukriOnChat service that allows job search through chat messenger on GTalk. It not only allows users to search for jobs, but also allows viewing job details and applying via chat. The idea was to provide a seamless job search experience through another widely used medium, like chat.

To use NaukriOnChat, add jobs@chat.naukri.com as a friend to GTalk list and then type ‘help‘ to get instructions. Follow the instructions for searching for new job opportunities.
